'TO PLACE'

A day long immersion into sequencing/theming for vinyasa yoga-asana teachers

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7
9am-4pm
The Collective Studio - Baltimore, MD

Interested in understanding the elements of curating an intentional yoga sequence? Join Dani Reidy for a day long immersion to explore how a yoga asana class is informed by the ever changing aspects of our inner and outer environment.  Learn to build sequences that are rooted in a "why" and understand the subtle tone of the asanas (poses) to be able to generate an intended energetic outcome for your students.

Our day immersion will explore the fundamentals of designing a yoga sequence which will inherently cover how to theme your yoga classes. Dani will provide blue-prints to outline your classes, while giving you creative freedom to explore how to integrate this information authentically.

TESTIMONIALS

Dani led us through a transformative journey throughout the 200-hour training. She has an innate ability to create a safe space for those in her presence while bringing a high degree of professionalism, organization, and accountability to her students. Arrow Yoga's training under Dani's leadership and guidance was thorough, articulate, authentic, and comprehensive in the various components of yoga. I would highly recommend this training to anyone that has thought about deepening their yoga practice and/or beginning their teaching journey in a formal way. Furthermore, the community that was cultivated during this training (graciously facilitated and led by Dani!) was something that could not have been more divinely created; trainees showed up as their full and vulnerable selves with their individual strengths and were seen as unique and talented beings with a common purpose to grow in their practice and in unity with each other. It was truly special, and so much more than I could have ever expected joining this training! I am grateful to have a community of yogis and supporters ignited by Arrow Yoga's 200-hour YTT and am confident that folks will find the same amount of fulfillment in future cohorts.
