CLASS RENTAL: $10 PER CLASS /48 hours

We have classes from 30-75 minutes in vinyasa, power, yin and restorative. Think like Prime Movie rentals for yoga! Once you rent a class, you'll have 48 hours to watch the class unlimited times.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: $20/MONTHLY

Have unlimited access to all of our classes. We also have short tutorials, workshops, meditations and more ranging from 10-75 minutes.  *Members, access to your studio page is listed in our menu bar as "MEMBERS" Login to have access to all of our classes.

OUR CLASSES

Tantric in essence, weaving body to spirit, through vinyasa ("to place in a special way") based movement practices, we use the body as the portal to awaken attention & our connection to all there is. 

Our classes explore various practices of yoga but are most consistently vinyasa based with tantric philosophy influence. We love to integrate various techniques, methodologies and lineages to curate a multi faceted experience for our students to connect to their whole self. We see the asana practice as a doorway to remember the sacred and lead with intentional messaging as a map to unearthing your true essence. Our flows offer combinations of breath focused movement, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudras, yoga philosophy, story telling and more. 

 

The design and format of our sequencing is dependent on the intention for the practice, influenced by the physical to the subtle realms. We build our sequences with a format of beginning, middle, and end - always beginning with a grounding integration, a salutation series to awaken and stir your energy, sometimes simple and repetitive, other times complex and accumulative.

 

The middle of practice can be many iterations and combinations of ladder sequencing where we build to a peak posture, or a peak flow. It can also be a creative, either a simple or complex sequence that explores the art of transitions in one long sequence on both sides of the body.  Whatever the sequence, expect it to flow gracefully yet powerfully, curated carefully with a specific prescription in mind.   We love to explore the utilization of the whole mat, facing you in different directions, as we see it as an opportunity to provide new perspectives and deepen insights.

The end of practice offers access to the more subtle aspects of mind and heart through a restorative sequence that leads to savasana. Spirit comes forward in stillness and silence. We slow down in preparation for meditation, and essentially, the true north of our experience. Reflection, reception, and connection are the aim. 

Expect a well rounded practice that blends various groups of shapes to benefit the collective in an inclusive way for all bodies. Our detailed cueing and alignment based and functional movement approach, merged with relative yoga philosophy, provides an intelligent and transformative practice for all. We emphasize that advancement in your practice is actually measured not by how many fancy poses you can make on your mat, but by how adaptable, steady, and joy filled you become in your life.

Movement is our medicine.
