Join Dani Reidy for a free day of mindfulness. The first half of the day we will explore how to become more receptive to the present moment, and later explore more action oriented practices to cultivate direction in a skill-full way.

9 am Walking Meditation (outdoors)

9:30 am Discussion 

10 am Talk + Meditation

11-12 pm Mindful Lunch Break (silent)

12 pm Reflections

12:30-1:30 Talk + Practice

1:30-2 pm Group Discussion
